This Contract is Not Subject to Cancellation by Advertiser. The parties agree that Advertiser is placing display advertising in Boulder County Kids and that Boulder County Kids shall be paid in accordance with the amount identified above. Advertiser acknowledges that additional charges will be incurred if the frequency of advertising agreed to in this contract is not maintained. Advertising copy must be appropriate for children and families and will be accepted at the discretion of the publisher.
You will receive a receipt by email that your space is reserved. Ad sizes may be changed before the space deadline dates. Please contact us early so we may be able to accommodate you. It is best to contact us by the 1st of the month before the issue comes out. Spring and Summer issues sell out of space so do let us know early. Advertisers will receive a reminder email every quarter for deadline and a post card reminder in case you need to update your ad and/or directory listings. Note: We do ask for payment with your first ad at signing. Subsequent ads will be billed on the first of the month when the issue comes out. Please mail your payments to Boulder County Kids 1464 E. Easter Cir. Centennial, CO 80122 or use our secure PayPal site. If you wish to make your payment using PayPal, you will be given options on how to proceed after you submit this contract form. Cancelation Policy To cancel your ad, please let us know before the first of the month before our deadline dates and we will do our best to accommodate your advertising changes. Cancelations after the first of the month will not be accepted and billed. Any comped directories will be billed proportionately. Back page contracts are not cancellable by advertiser.
