Payment is due with camera-ready ad, unless otherwise arranged. (Camera-ready means ad is correct size and in digital format PNG or PDF with embedded fonts Indesign files with screen, post script fonts, and graphics). Publisher files are NOT accepted. Color needs to be in CMYK.

We are not responsible for corrections made after our deadlines. We do our best but please do be timely with our deadlines so we have time to get your proofs. Most mistakes happen with last minute changes.
Cancelation policy:
To cancel your ad, please let us know at least 10 days before the deadlines and we will do our best to accommodate your advertising changes. Cancellations after our deadlines will not be accepted and advertiser will be billed. Any comped directories will be billed proportionately. Back page contracts are not cancellable.
