Turn your sunny-side-up eggs into flowers by using bell peppers! Serve your breakfast with bloomin eggs!
What You Need:
Bell peppers: green, red, yellow, orange, or a mix of the 4!
A medium pan and cover
What You Do:
Start by washing your bell peppers. Then, stem each bell pepper from the top and remove the core without cutting into the rest of the pepper.
Cut the bell peppers horizontally into 1/2-inch thick slices.
Put a medium pan over low-medium heat and add a tbsp of olive oil until the pan is well-coated.
Place the slices of bell peppers on the warm pan and crack an egg into the center of each “round.”
Cover the pan and cook for about 7 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired texture.
Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.
