Rainbow Yogurt Bark

Breakfast or dessert, or dessert for breakfast! Rainbow Yogurt Bark combines fruits and frozen yogurt to make a sweet treat!

What You Need:

  • Yogurt of choice (we used honey flavored greek yogurt)

  • Fruit of choice

  • blueberries

  • raspberries

  • strawberries

  • kiwis

  • mango

  • pomegranate seeds

What You Do:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. The smaller your baking sheet or pan, the thicker your bark will be! We used a 13x18” sheet for thinner bark.

  • *Optional: In a medium bowl, mix your yogurt of choice with your sweetener of choice if you want to make this treat more of a dessert.

  • Pour your yogurt onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth with a spoon or spatula.

  • Evenly distribute your fruit across the smooth yogurt. Option to make a rainbow color scheme or a pretty design!

  • Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours–overnight is best!

  • Once frozen, break the slab of yogurt into pieces with your hands, serve, and enjoy!
